Smoked salmon Salad with crayfish tails, crab and avocado with a  Marie rose sauce (£3 supplement)

Salt baked beetroot, stuffed with cous cous, feta cheese, spring onions, coriander with a roasted pepper vinaigrette

Wild mushroom, spinach and goats cheese vol au vent, poached duck egg and pimento cream

Smoked haddock risotto, crispy quail egg


Roast fillet of hake wrapped in Parma ham with pomme anna potatoes, olives and sun blushed tomatoes

Corn fed free range chicken breast and confit leg with braised baby gem, grilled baby artichoke and wild garlic gnocchi

Roast rump of lamb with mashed potatoes, braised red cabbage, mixed greens and a red wine jus

Roast fillet of salmon with cous cous, feta, peppers, coriander, onions and harissa dressing

Aubergine schnitzel with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, spinach, garlic potatoes, horseradish cream and a basil sauce
