Classic French Onion Soup

Crispy Courgette flower filled with sweetcorn, pine nuts and home made basil mayonnaise (supplement £1.50)

Confit duck ravioli, spring vegetables, duck and soya consomme

Smoked salmon, crab, crayfish tailsand avocado salad, Marie rose dressing (supplement £3.00)

Chicken liver parfait, truffle butterwith carrot chutney and home made brioche


Crispy belly of pork and fillet stuffed with prunes, wrapped in pancetta with pomp anna potatoes and a mustard sauce
