Crab bisque, salmon and crab Tortellini

Honey roast root vegetable salad, goat cheese mousse and sourdough crisp

Roasted fillet of Mackerel, cauliflower puree, pickled shaving of cauliflower, light curry sauce

Roast breasts and confit legs of quail, puy lentils, garlic sausage, jus (£1.50 supp)

Crispy ham hock, celeriac puree, sautéed Dijon mustard white cabbage 


Glazed short ribs of beef. lardons, caramelised baby onions, spinach and horseradish mash (£2.50 supp)

Smoked haddock wellington, soft boiled quail eggs, spinach, English mustard sauce

Half Roast guinea fowl, savoy cabbage, parsnip puree and pomp anna

Roast fillet of cod, spinach, butter beans, chorizo and pepper cassoulet

Wild mushroom risotto, truffle oil and Parmesan
