Daniel joined The Peasant at the start of November 2011 and already his finesse and application are paying dividends in the scrumptious dishes that are springing forth from his truly creative pallete.
Daniel brings a fantastic balance to The Peasant combining the skill and knowledge acquired as Head Chef at The Gate, (possibly considered to be London's finest Vegetarian restaurant) coupled with having been the Head Chef at The Gaucho in Hampstead (possibly considered London's best steak restaurants). So hopefully the carnivores and the vegetarians will be bubbly simultaniously.
Daniel has also worked as Head Chef at the renowned Clerkenwell Dining Room and helped maintain and achieve the two AA Rosettes this fine restaurant was awarded.
Daniel hails from Chile and has lived and worked in the UK since the Millenium.
