Brothers Gregory and Patrick have owned the Peasant for over seventeen years although on a daily basis the pub is now managed by the supremo Nick Rouse who, after several years of personal pub ownership decided to bring his expertise to this glorious leviathan whilst the Brothers take care of sister pub: The Londesborough of Stoke Newington.
